PRODUCT DELIVERY

Before fulfilling orders, SC AMA BEAUTY STORE SRL reserves the right to validate them by contacting customers by phone.

Only one delivery address will be accepted for each order.

Delivery is made via fast courier.

The delivery price anywhere in the country is 19.95 RON . An additional fee applies if the delivery address is outside the coverage area of the courier. The shipping fee for orders outside Romania may vary depending on the courier companies. These are calculated once the product delivery address is entered, before the order is completed. Regardless of the order value, the shipping fee outside Romania is borne by the buyer.
• Orders benefit from free shipping if they exceed the amount of 299.99 lei (total products, excluding shipping tax). Offer valid on the territory of Romania.
• Orders benefit from free shipping if they exceed 5,000 lei (total products, excluding shipping fees). Offer valid throughout the EU.

PAYMENT METHODS

repayment
The order value will be paid upon receipt of the product to the courier company agent. You will receive a receipt for the amounts paid.

Payment by money order
For legal entity clients, there is the option of bank payment by money order. This is requested exclusively by email or phone, the order being registered on the website in the cash on delivery option and then contact us immediately at the email address office@amabeauty.ro

Online with bank card
Online with bank card via mobilPay (Visa/Visa Electron/MasterCard/Maestro)
If you have chosen the "Online by bank card" payment method, you will need to fill out a form with your card information on the payment processor's secure page.
Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logos (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system, developed by organizations that ensure online transactions the same level of security as those made at an ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant. "3-D Secure" ensures, first of all, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time during the process, on the store's servers or on the payment processor's servers, this data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard systems.

Useful information

Orders can be placed both by phone and online. Phone orders do not have priority. All orders are packaged in the order in which they were placed by customers (regardless of whether they are placed by phone or on amabeauty.ro).
Orders are confirmed by phone! Customers receive the order status and when it is delivered from the amabeauty.ro headquarters by email (the email address written when placing the order).
For any changes to the order, please contact us by phone or send us an e-mail! We cannot guarantee the permanent existence in stock of all products presented on the site, therefore there is a possibility that a certain order cannot be delivered. However, we assure you that we strive to ensure that such problems do not occur. Any mentions regarding possible problems regarding the integrity and/or content of packages are made upon receipt of the package in the presence of the courier company representative and a report of findings will be drawn up. Any subsequent complaints regarding these aspects are void.
