RETURNING PRODUCTS

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties or compensation and without giving a reason, within 14 working days from receipt of the product in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 34/2014.

If you wish to return a product, you have the following obligations:

  • To return the purchased product, in the condition in which it was delivered, in the original packaging, undamaged, unopened (the product must not be unscrewed if it has a thread because in such situations, instant products resist damage once oxygen comes into direct contact with the product) and unused, through an express courier service, and the cost of transportation will be borne by you.
  • To return the product, the customer must send an email from the email address registered on this site to the address office @amabeauty.roย which must contain the explicit return request, the customer's identification data, the order identification data, the customer's bank account where the money is to be returned and the branch where the account is opened.
  • if the products do not match in terms of shade (foundation, lipstick, lip liner, blush, etc.)ย SC AMA BEAUTY STORE SRL is not responsible.

The return request will be processed byย SC AMA BEAUTY STORE SRL within 7 working days and the money will be returned within 14 calendar days of returning the product.

RETURN POLICY

The return of products is accepted only for INDIVIDUALS who have purchased products from amabeauty.ro. Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of OUG No.34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day he takes physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the consumer.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

The Seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the Consumer informs amabeauty.ro of his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return, into a bank account.

Amabeauty.ro. may postpone the refund of the product value until the product sold is received or until proof is received that it was shipped. To benefit from the return of products according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the return form below must be completed and sent by email to office@amabeauty.ro with a copy of the invoice and receipt, in order to identify the purchase, no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of collection/receipt of the product.

Forms completed after this period are not taken into account. Also, the product must be in our possession no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of its receipt. The return of products can only be made through courier companies (not post), but not before completing the return form and receiving acceptance from us. Please ensure that when sending to amabeauty.ro, the package contains the following documents/data: 1. Copy of the invoice 2. Copy of the receipt or copy of the payment order 3. The return number (the number communicated by email after the return form has been completed). For sent packages, please fill in the return number on the shipping bill (AWB). Please DO NOT write the return number directly on the box, but only on the AWB.

Seal and secure the product/products in a cardboard box and wrap them well so that they do not get damaged during the journey. If upon receipt of the product by amabeauty.ro, damage/destruction of the product is found due to return transport (the reason being incorrect packaging of the consumer book product/products), amabeauty.ro assumes the right not to accept the return.

Please indicate how we will proceed if your return is accepted, namely if the goods require an exchange (same product) or a refund. In the case of a refund request, please indicate the IBAN account in RON (24 characters) to which you want us to make the refund, by e-mail to office@amabeauty.ro. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the products. The return fee is equal to the shipping fee. Please note that opened and used cosmetic products that do not represent a quality defect and are not expired cannot be returned for health reasons. In accordance with the uniform legislation of the European Union, all cosmetic products have a pictogram on the packaging (a drawing representing an opened round box and a number). The number on this pictogram represents the number of months of the product's shelf life from the moment it was opened. For example, a product with the M24 pictogram can be used for 24 months from the moment it was opened. In the case of products with a shelf life of more than 36 months, the pictogram is M36. Exceptions: The following product categories cannot be returned unless they are sealed: a. Cosmetic products (eyeshadows, lipsticks, blushes, eyebrow pomades, gels, creams, etc.) b. Personal care products (for health protection reasons or for hygiene reasons: personal care/hygiene products) c. The product no longer has the complete original packaging in which it was delivered d. The identification labels are damaged or missing Return ONLY: In the event that the purchased product has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, provided that amabeauty.ro is notified in writing within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Please note: In cases where returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the product value (value with VAT), the amount that will be communicated after assessing the damages caused. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in the event of abuse (repeated returns). Packages that have not included the return number on the shipping bill (AWB) will not be accepted. Please check the physical integrity of the packages when you receive them from the courier in the presence of the courier and request the preparation of a damage report if the packages show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be taken into account.

1) For orders with delivery in the EU, only the return of products can be made, not their exchange.
