The right of withdrawal, according to GEO no. 34/2014

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you receive the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract. The products must be returned at the customer's expense within 14 days of the termination of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse any sums we have received from you, including the costs of delivery, with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another method of reimbursement; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. According to Directive 2011/83/EU, point 47: in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a shop.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the consumer. Personal hygiene/care products that have been unsealed cannot be returned.
