VIVID water-activated eyeliner with a matte finish. Perfect for adding intense color to your makeup details.

How to use:

* Activate Hydra Liner with water by mixing well with a damp makeup brush.

* Apply as desired, once a creamy consistency has been achieved.

* Allow the product to air dry before storage.

* Mix shades to create unique combinations.

*do not apply on the conjunctival line*

Important to know:

HIDRA LINERS is found in 3 ranges:

- Neon - highly pigmented and opaque, neon colors that glow under UV light.

- Neon Pastels - highly pigmented and opaque, pastel colors that glow under UV light.

- Vivid - extremely pigmented and opaque, pure and intense colors that DO NOT glow under UV light.

Once dry, the formula is resistant to smudging and transfer.
